I’m on a very low income and thought I could make extra money from buying your machine and so far the only thing it has done is cost me money! Your company should be ashamed of yourselves! A product that cost so much money should come with complete instructions on how to use it from s decal, an iron on, labels, or whatever everything I’ve tried to do with my cricut maker had costed me more money on top of the money I’ve already spent on your machine. I can’t believe you have gotten by with taking advantage of so many people. I’ve bought several things off of the internet that was just a waste of my money as well. I’m very upset! You should include a book with step by step instructions on a product that cost so much money it’s not right I feel I’ve been taking advantage of! I wish I had of taken it back now I’m stuck with it and having to try and watch videos on how to figure out how to use it! I just wonder how many others are to scared to give a true review like myself. I’ve paid for membership for 6 months and still haven’t used I for anything other than collecting dust. I’m very upset that my machine costed me close to $400 it’s been sitting in the box for 6 months because it came with nothing at all that tells you how to use the machine.
